Dc is more dangerous since it doesn't pass through 0. But AC has its way through 0 when we can take off the contact

your answer is here...one of the reason that it might be considered as more dangerous is that a arguably has more ways to getting into your body some voltage alternate it can cause current to enter and exit in your body even without a closed loop since your body has capacitance DC cannot do that .
