The inverse of  \frac{-5}{8} is \frac{-8}{5} & \frac{16}{15} is \frac{15}{16}

The multiplicative inverse can be written as,

\frac{-8}{5}  X \frac{15}{16}

5 and 15 (= 3)get cancelled and so is -8 and 16(=2)

What we get is,

\frac{-3}{2}

This is in fraction
