THE THIGH HAS THREE SETS OF STRONG MUSCLES AND IN THAT THE FRONT MUSCLES ARE QUADRICEPS .THE QUADRICEPS AND HAMSTRING MUSCLES WORK TOGETHER TO STRAIGHTEN AND BEND.

The muscles that is present in the front of the thighs is called Quadriceps.
There are three different muscles in the thighs they are Hamstrings that are present at the back of the thighs, Quadriceps that are present in the front of the thighs and the Abductor muscles which are present inside.
The ‘Quadriceps’ are made up of three muscles Vastus lateralis, Vastus medialis, Vastus intermedius, and the rectus femoris. These muscles are located in front area of the upper leg.
