Maverick262001: there is no acid found in milk. lactose is found in milk which is converted into lactic acid by lactic acid bacteria, in common language curd contains lactic acid but milk doesn't

Heya,

Lactic acid is the acid found in the milk. Lactic acid is formed even when we exercise especially when oxygen supply is limit. Causes muscle cramps.(cramping pain)
