Na = Sodium
NO₃ = Nitrate
So,
NaNO₃ represents Sodium Nitrate.
Mistakes in second:
Mg = Magnesium
PO₄ = Phosphate 
But,
It will be Mg₃(PO₄)₂
Mg₃(PO₄)₂ represents Magnesium Phosphate
