What is the name of the process in which VIBGYOR is turned into white colour?

White light is called as white because it consists of seven colors. The sunlight splits into seven colors namely violet, indigo, blue, green, orange, and red. We usually call it as VIBGYOR. It turns out that perceiving the “color White” can be achieved by “mixing” various colors and this  process is called demosaicing
