What is the name of this plant and tell me whether it is used for medicine purpose?

I think it is money plant because it looks like the one I have at my home

and as far as I know it doesn't contain any medicinal properties.....

but as it is a plant it surely is very beneficial in its own way

as all plants are...

by providing us oxygen!!
