Hello dear..............
Each bronchus is shaped like a tree, with lots of smaller and smaller branches.
The smallest branches are called bronchioles and at the end of these are your air sacs (alveoli).
Alveoli are filled with air and look like bunches of grapes!

Alveoli are the smallest ones which have tiny air sacs. They are used for gaseous exchange between. membranous spaces and capillaries rich in blood. They help in transportation of waste gases and are responsible for giving oxygenated blood to the main parts of body. They are sacs and some grape shaped or round tiny small circular structures which are in groups. Any damage to the Alveolar sac will or can lead to permanent damage to the lung tissue which is bad for our health. One more thing, want to live a long life? stop smoking
