What is the nature of magnetic field produced by
a current flowing in a circular coil? Name the rule
to find the direction of the magnetic field.​

When the current flows through the solenoid in the clockwise direction, then the magnetic lines of force inside or at center of the coil will be along the axis inwards according to right hand thumb rule.

Right hand thumb rule is used to determine the direction of magnetic field produced due to current carrying circular wire. If current is increased then deflection of needle of magnetic compass placed inside wire also increases. Strength of magnetic field is directly proportional to current.
