what is the nature of steam it has?​

steam is the gaseous state of water .

it cause severe burn than boiling water because it has large amount of latent heat of vaporization.

steam is not the vapour and it is a gas too because the substances which are volatile at normal temperature are vapours but the liquid boil at fixed temp. and than produce vapours.
