Answer:

since a1 = 2, b1 = -1, c1 = 3

a2 = 4, b2 = -1, c2 = 5

the ratios will be,

2/4 ≠ -1/-1 ≠ 3/5

therefore the lines will intersect each other and the equations have a unique solution. because a1/a2 ≠ b1/b2 ≠ c1/c2 is the condition of unique solutions and unique solutions have intersecting lines on the graph.
