SINCE INERT GASES ARE UNREACTIVE THEY DO NOT LET OXIDISATION HAPPEN FOR EG. TO PREVENT RANCIDITY IN PACKETS OF CHIPS ,THEY ARE FLUSHED WITH NITROGEN AIR.
