Why are living beings so important for Earth? It is because the ecosystem is a pyramid made of creatures. The balance between creatures may seem static but is actually dynamic, and it is kept by the prey and predators.

Mosquitoes are considered the most dangerous insect, by infecting people. Scientists made all the mosquitoes on earth vanished. What will happen?

It is believed that mosquitoes take an important role, in transmitting pollen. So, there could be a serious problem in nature as plants cannot spread their pollen. In fact, GMOs(genetically modified organisms) are ready to make them vanish, but the fact is that pulling the trigger cannot be reverted.

A theory states the earth had a mass extinction, by organisms that live from photosynthesis. It happened around 2.4 billion years ago, which cause was too much oxygen. But what an irony. This led to the flourish of land creatures.

Answer:

The most fundamental need of living things is water; without this vital resource, life could not exist. Water is needed for many chemical reactions that take place in cells. It also helps transport nutrients and eliminate waste matter. All organisms need nutrients for energy, growth, and repair.
