This may seems like a rhetorical question, but is it? if you've ever questioned the need for the pdf, here's is the answer.

I came across the video on you tube posted up by adobe veteran lori defurio, entitled "introducing adobe acrobat 1.0". the video is a "mock - umentary" presenting a comecial "day in the life of" look at the kind of office workflow we'd be stuck with if it weren't for the pdf file format.
you just can't help but laugh at how these office workers get their job done - because at ome point or another, you probably did the same thing.
enjoy .

The Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format developed by Adobe in 1993 to present documents, including text formatting and images, in a manner independent of application software, hardware, and operating systems. Based on the PostScript language, each PDF file encapsulates a complete description of a fixed-layout flat document, including the text, fonts, vector graphics, raster images and other information needed to display it. PDF was standardized as ISO 32000 in 2008, and no longer requires any royalties for its implementation.

We can create a pdf, easily by using many apps, but the easiest is to open ilovepdf.com on your browser and create pdf
