what is the need of pie? and how we got its fix value? ​

lateral surface of a cube and so on!!!.

pie value that is 3.1415- - - - is a estimated value but not a fixed value.

long back Aryabhatta found pie value Upto 2 decimal places.

but later after invention of super computers the value is calculated Upto trillion decimal places.
