Popular struggle play an important role in a democracy .

Popular struggle are integral to the working of democracy.In a democracy there is very less chance that decision are taken without any conflict.Defining moments of democracy involves conflict between those groups who have exercised power and those who wishful for a share in power.So these  democratic conflicts is always resolved through mass mobilisation.yes it is true that sometimes these democratic conflict is resolved by using institution like judiciary and parliament.But when there is a deep dispute the resolution has to come from outside from the people.
