Folders are needed for sorting files. If we have a large no. of files in our computer, it would be nearly impossible for us to find a particular file when we need it. That is why people often sort and then store or organize files in a folder.
Open the folder or library that you want to sort in the File Explorer. Go to View on the top and expand the View ribbon by double clicking on it. Click Sort by, and then select Name, then click Ascending.
