it states that if a body applies some force on 2nd body then the first body also applies equal and opposite force on the first body symaltaneously .
To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction

Newton's third law of motion says that, "If an object is applying force to an other object then the second object will apply the equal and opposite force on the first object .
We can also say that every action has equal and opposite reaction.
