If we choose first three numbers in the sequence i.e, 55, 34, 21, the difference of the first number and second number becomes the third number.  

55 - 34 = 21

Similarly, the difference between the second number and the third number becomes the fourth number

34 - 21 = 13

Similarly, the difference between the third number and the fourth number becomes the fifth number

21 - 13 = 8  

Similarly, the difference between the fourth number and the fifth number becomes the sixth number

13 - 8 = 5
