  2. common noun- for eg:boy,place
  3. material noun-for eg:iron(materials from which useable things are made).
  4. countable nouns(a group of people)-for eg:a fang of robbers)..

Answer: a noun is kind of a word ( see parts of speech ) that has a name for place, thing, animal, person. it can be a singular or plural. person: man, woman, teacher, John, Mary. place: home, office, town, countryside, America.

Naming things are like Car, Hat, Bottle, Table, Chair, Ball and so on. Dog, Rabbit, Elephant, Chicken, Horse. for animals
