What is the nth term rule of the quadratic sequence below?

−7, −6 ,−3 , 2, 9, 18 , 29 . . .

this sequence is a simple AP

the common difference is +1

if you want to know the formula then

nth term = a + (n-1)d

the proof for this is very easy so if you want to know just look it up

sum of n terms= n/2 [2a+(n-1)d]

the proof for this is also easy
