Actually, It isn't countable.
Some schools have more functions so they give students more (holidays) than other and some schools give less.
But, the 75% Criteria is only till November.
So, you can have atleast take 1 day off in a week and sometimes 2 days.
Till November, Try to come to school as much as Possible.
