The answer goes as Follows ;

→The formula is [n(n-3)/2]

→Number of sides of the polygon(n)=100

•°•Therefore

→no.of sides=[100(100-3)/2]

=[100(97)/2]

=9700/2

=4,850

Hope the answer helps you!!

Thank You!!

All the best..

Answer:

= 4850

Step-by-step explanation:

The number of diagonals which can be drawn by joining the angular points of a polygon of 100 sides

           = ¹⁰⁰C₂ - 100 = \frac{100!}{2!98!} - 100

            = 100 × 99 × 98! / 2 × 98! - 100

            = 50 × 99 - 100

            = 4950 - 100

            = 4850

Good luck !!
