What is the number of edges of a pyramid, if the number of faces and vertices are 4 and 4 respectively ?

Euler's polyhedron formula, V−E+F=2

V = number of vertices = 4

V = number of vertices = 4E = number of edges =?

V = number of vertices = 4E = number of edges =?F = number of faces = 4

Thus 4−E+4=2

⇒E=8−2

⇒E=6

Number of edges = 6
