We know that,

1 mole of Hydrogen = 6.022 x10^23 Atoms.

4 moles of hydrogen = 4×6.022 x10^23  (because 1 mole of CH4 has 4 hydrogen atoms)

=>24.088 x 10^23 atoms.

clearly each methane molucule contributes 4 hydrogen atom therefore there are 4×4.5×12=216 hydrogen atoms
