what is the number of moles of Fe(OH)3 that can be produced by allowing 1 mole of fe2S3,2 moles of H2O and 3 moles of O2 to react?

3.0 moles of O2 would react completely with 3.0 x (2/3) = 2.0 moles of Fe2S3, but there is not that much Fe2S3 present, so Fe2S3 is the limiting reactant.

(1.0 mol Fe2S3) x (4 mol Fe(OH)3) / 2 mol Fe2S3) = 2.0 mol Fe(OH)3
