The objective is i guess that like eg. Me i think by conversation u can be introduced to someone. Better.without conversation you wont be able to recognize his/her attitude, respect fullness, skillfulness his/her culture etc .... For each every thing is imp. It actully exposes infront of other and we get to know about others .
2nd eg. When go for a job first they will take ur interview for & min. To recognise his/her nature. To check that are they fit for this job metaly or physically.
