If the government is not locally elected that itself will lead to ennumerable obstacles.

If the elected leader is not from that place he might not be having enough knowledge of the problems faced by the locals.This might lead to inefficiency of governing  as well as dissappointment of the people

If the leader is not elected by the people it will lead to the infringement of ones personal rights to vote.the people will never be happy if the leader is not of their choice

In such conditions that particular region will never develop due to the people's dissappointment.this will hamper even the country's progress.

Hence the government should always be elected by the people
