ANSWER:-

These mixtures can be separated by sifting. Sometimes shaking will cause the heavier particles to settle to the bottom. If solid particles are mixed in a liquid or gas to form a suspension mixture, the ingredients will soon separate, with the heavier solid particles settling at the bottom.

dsmith2021: what is sifting? & how do I mark people?
dsmith2021: ...and what is the "prosses of centrifugation"?
QHM: Sifting - To separate the coarse substance and impurity,we put on the sieve e.g:-To separate the coase parts of flour with a sieve by scatter on it.
QHM: Centrifugation is a technique used for the separation of particles from a solution according to their size, shape, density, viscosity of the medium and rotor speed. The particles are suspended in a liquid medium and placed in a centrifuge tube. The tube is then placed in a rotor and spun at a define speed.
