If you want to compare the acidity u would suggest you to make conjugate base and as much as the conjugate base is stable as much as acidic strength. It is well known fact that -ve charge will be stable if there is less electron density on it. So primary alcohol have less electron density on them and most acidic secondary alcohal have more electron density so less acidic than primary and tertiary so on. So overall acidic strength primary>secondary>tertiary.
