Hi friend,

F2O--->
oxidation number of One atom of fluorine= -1
so,2 atoms of fluorine will have net charge =-2
let oxidation number of oxygen as X

so,
-2+X=0(since net charge on F2O is 0 .I.e neutral)
X = +2

Hope it will help you dear!!!!
