In Class 10, students have to secure overall 33% marks (both theory and practical/internal assessment taken together) in order to pass the examination.

As per the guidelines released by the CBSE Board, in order to pass the Class 12th, students have to obtain atleast 33% marks in theory and 33% marks in Practical/Project/Internal Assessment in addition to 33% marks in aggregate in each subject.

Yes you need atleast 33% to pass.

Which means in theory you need to get 26.5 out of 80 and about 7 marks out of 20 in practical.
