what is the percentage of gases present in the air and when is said to be polluted?

The gas which contributes most in the air pollution is carbon dioxide, which

releases from vehicles , industries etc.

percentage of gases present in air :

Nitrogen -78%

Oxygen - 21%

Carbon dioxide - 0.03%

other gases - 0.99%

It is said to be polluted when the composition of these gases in air is disturbed.
