  • Earth's atmosphere(by volume, dry air) is approximately comprised of 78\% nitrogen, 21\% oxygen, 0.93\% argon, 0.04\% carbon dioxide and traces of neon, helium, methane, water vapor etc.
  • Atmosphere consists of mainly five layers named as, troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere and exosphere.
