Answer:

Let four sides of the quadrilateral be 'a' cm, 'b' cm, 'c' cm and 'd' cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

a- 31/6 cm

b- 23/4 cm

c- 45/12 cm

d- 21/2 cm

Thereby,

Perimeter of a quadrilateral

=> 31/6 + 23/4 + 45/12 + 21/2

=> ( 124 + 138 + 90 + 252 ) / 24

=> ( 124 + 390 + 90 ) / 24

=> ( 124 + 480 ) / 24

=> ( 604 ) / 24

=> 151 / 6

=> 25.16cm

Hence,

Perimeter of the quadrilateral is 25.16cm.
