Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

length and breadth are 25/6 cm and

23/4 cm of a rectangle

To find:-

What is the perimeter of a Rectangle whose length and breadth are 25/6 cm and 23/4 cm

Solution:-

Given that

Length of a rectangle =(l)=25/6 cm

Breadth of the rectangle =(b)=23/4 cm

We know that

Perimeter of a rectangle (P)= 2(l+b) units

On Substituting these values in the above formula

=> P = 2[(25/6)+(23/4)] cm

LCM of 6 and 4 = 12

=> P = 2[(25×2)+(23×3)]/12

=> P = 2(50+69)/12

=>P = 2(119)/12

=> P=119/6

Perimeter = 119/6 cm

Answer:-

Perimeter of the given rectangle is

119/6 cm

Used formula:-

  • Perimeter of a rectangle (P)= 2(l+b) units
  • l=length
  • b=breadth
  • P = perimeter
