HERE IS UR ANSWER
In triangle PQR & STU
PQ = ST ( given 4ft)
QR=TU (given 6ft)
angle Q= angle T (given)
triangle PQR & STU are congruent by SAS crit.
Perimeter of PQR= 4+6+3y - 2
= 8+3y -------- 1
Perimeter of STU=4+6+y+4
= 14 + y ---------2
from 1 and 2 we get
8+3y =14 + y
2y= 6
y = 3
Perimeter of PQR = 8+ 3y = 8 +3(3)
= 17ft
I HOPE IT HELPS YOU PLZ

hey here is ur ans ...
In triangle PQR and STU :-
PQ = ST = 4 ft
QR = TU = 6ft
and angle Q = angle T
=> triangle PQR is congruent to triangle STU
PR = SU ....( by CPCT )
3y - 2 = y + 4
3y - y = 4 + 2
2y= 6
y = 3 ft
perimeter of PQR = 4 + 6 + 3
perimeter of PQR = 13 ft
hope it will help uh ..
