What is the pH and effects of the addition of 0.1M HCL, 0.1M NaOH and water in buffer solution.

it is a scale used to know the weather the solution is acid base or neutral

acid is indicated between 0 to 7

base is indicated between 7to 14

and neutral at 7

and Hcl is acid so between 0 to 7

NaoH is base between 7to 14

water is neutral 7
