NaOH is a strong base, so similarly, it fully dissociates to Na+ and OH-, therefore 1M NaOH produces 1M of OH-. In this case there are a few way to find the pH. The way I always did it is using the assumption that pH + pOH = 14 (this comes from the assumption of the water constant being 10e-14)
Therefore, for NaOH, pOH=-log[OH-] = -log1 = 0 so pH = 14 - pOH = 14 - 0 = 14
Therefore, for NaOH, pOH=-log[OH-] = -log1 = 0 so pH = 14 - pOH = 14 - 0 = 14
