What is the pH of Gypsum and plaster of Paris?

Gypsum is a neutral salt ph≈6.7 or 7.

Plaster of Paris is also a salt so, ph is 7.

gypsum is calcium sulphate (CaSo4 ) refined guypsum in the anhydrite from( no water ) is 29.4 present calcium( Ca) and 23.5 present sulphur (S) . usually guypsum has water associated in the molecular structure (Caso.2h20) and is approximately 23.3 percent( ca) and 18.5 percent s( plaster of Paris)
