If we get rid of drug addicts, there will be no demand for drugs, and hence, the supply will die down automatically. The question, however, is as to how should the government go about the process of getting rid of drug addicts? On the other hand, the drug dealers and pushers have been earning a lot of money from this trade. Why should they be allowed to roam free while the addicts face punishement? These are few of the many questions the government must face while dealing with this menace.
