at 250 degree centigrade water is in steam or vapour state
and on 100 degree centigrade water has its boiling point and can be found as boiling liquid state or vapour state because 100 degrees Celsius is converting temperature of water from liquid to vapour state
0 degree centigrade water freeze
above 0 degree centigrade water in liquid
above 100 degree centigrade water is in vapour state...
hope it will help
