hello friend!

Divergent Plate Boundary is the plate boundary where new land is created.
In divergent plate boundary, plates move apart from each other.

here,  Mid-Atlantic Ridge is one of an example of the divergent plate boundary.

Divergent boundaries form new land mass like volcanic islands, under water mountains etc.

When the oceanic crust (plates) pulls apart, the ocean floor develops cracks through which magma from earth’s mantle rushes up to fill the space between the cracks, forming mid ocean ridges or land mass.

Iceland is an example for a landmass going through Divergent boundary.
