The poet had a bad mood. He is very sad and depressed. He passes from the Hemlock tree. A crow sitting on the branch of that tree shakes the branch and the dust of snow falls on the poet. And his mood gets changed and his day was saved from getting wasted.

The message that it conveys to us-  

We should be not sad about any small thing. Rather we should appreciate small things. They can bring some changes in our life. Doing small things with great effort will surely bring a good change in life. We should not lose our hope. We should not get depressed for something. Just we have to believe ourself and be positive and appreciate all little things in our life.
