JJ Thomson considered Atomic structure as an Atom surrounded by a cloud which contained Positive as well as Negative charges.

<b><u>RUTHERFORD's MODEL:--</b></u>

Ernest Rutherford proposed that an atom is composed of empty spaces mostly electrons orbiting in sets.
