Dear friend,
the line 3x-2y=6 will intersect y-axis when x=0.
so,
3x-2y=6
3(0)-2y=6
-2y=6
y=-3
hope it helps u.

if want to find the intersecting point at y-axis
just put x=0 in given equation
3*0-2y=6
-2y=6
y=6/(-2)
y=-3
required point (0,-3)
