What is the power of a lens? State the S.I unit of the power of the lens and the power of the lens to

the centre length of the lens. Write a formula corresponding to the power of the lens with the centre

Power of lens is known as the inverse of the focal length of the lens measured in meter(m). Power of lense = 1/ focal length in meter. The lense used is a convex lens because the focal length is a positive value. The lense used is a concave lens because the focal length is a negative value.
