Power of the lens is given by the formula P=1/f .here the focal length is given , f = 150 cm converting into metre it will become 1.50m . Now putting it on the formula P = 1/f

Hence P=1/1.50 m this is = +1.5D.

Therefore the power of the convex lens having its focal length 150 cm is +1.5D
