According to me the main cause of precondition for the eradication of unemployment and poverty are the reservation and corruption.
Explanation:
First come on corruption:-
As we know that there is a virus spreading in our country name corruption. The (some)rich person, political leaders, celebrities,etc uses their power for gaining job, post, etc in the exchange of big amount of money which is not possible for poor or middle class family. In this case those who is the real entiter of that post or job cannot get. This is also the reason behind the big gap between poor and rich. Rich person are becoming more rich and poor person becoming more poor.
Now , come on the second cause:
Reservation:-
Reservation don't play such a big role in this like corruption but not very small. It divide the people into different caste and community. It gave the chance to those who are not capable for that. In this way the real entiter cannot got the chance. This also harm those who also belong to so called backward castes , also to whole country. We won't get capable doctor, teacher, scientist, etc . That's why we won't got Noble prize.
