A presidency is an administration or the executive, the collective administrative and governmental entity that exists around an office of president of a state or nation.

The first change was that, Awadhi people were declared non martial and were not given chance to fight in the army as because their participation in the 1857 revolt was huge. With this the main army recruits from Nepali Gurkhas, Punjabis and Pathans.

The second change was that, the whole army training procedure has changed and improved in the modern way
